Illegal weed? Are you a a believer in State's rights or just when it is convenient? According to the State of Colorado the medicine is lawful, and according to the Tenth Amendment, the power belongs to the States. Also, economy aside remember that MJ was previously a black market. Now the revenue gets to come out in the open and be taxed. That money can be used to fill shortfalls in the budget. Sick people get medicine, drug cartels lose money, the state gains money. Everybody wins.

On the contrary, the behaviour you describe about your 'friend', shows that he is not average, as cops go, it also lends credence to the rumors about a cover-up over Columbine. His 'shocking' arrest adds fuel to the fire in the hearts of the families of the victims...YES they were lied to it seems!

isn't it crazy how one state or town will prosecute to the fullest and another will not. what amazes me is that in NJ i was going through training to be a CASA Court Appointed Special Advocate and came to realize criminal charges are almost never even sought..even in cases where death has occurred the reason they say it's too hard to prove and the money isn't there for the resources...if NJ (my state) was not so corrupt then there would be funds

Stefanie Dickinson Case--- I have a 14 year old "post-pubescent" son that I'm devoted to and want him to pursue his manhood, and his masculinity , in a natural fashion, and accordingly, and with anthropological human design acknowledged , I thank GOD for real women like Stefanie Dickinson who could salvage the the healthy male spirit of a young boy potentially confused by the treacherous influences of a grotesque homosexual society. Thankfully there are these opportunities in the school setting for PRIVATE (hopefully non-media hyped) intimacy as was demonstrated in the Dickinson case...Assuming Stefanie did not force any of these youths into sexual activity she should get the praise ,and admiration, of all of us who are not hiding in our hypocritical closets.As an ex-teacher high school I am reminiscent of myself and other coaches encouraging our young stallions to pursue female teachers with whom they were interested. We live in a seedy church controlled society that wants to deny our young men their testosterone set-points and herd them towards a eunoch's life , however, when we want them to go into combat in a foreign country we love their chemistry as they save our lives and protect our liberty..
